Abel Ramirez

Captain Abel Ramirez is originally from the mainland of Mexico; Nayarit. He has been living in cabo for almost 40 years and fishing professionally over 25 years now. He is well known for his fishing prowess, especially for big Tuna. He is an expert at using the kite to land Cow Yellowfin. He has an easy going demeanor, and always focuses on the task at hand. He speaks some English and runs a great crew. In his spare time he enjoys rooster fighting.

This fine sport fisher took 1st place in the release division at the Bisbees Offshore 2022

"Bill Collector II" is one of the newest additions to our fleet. This is a 2009 Cabo Flybridge. Considered one of the best sportfishers ever built, this model is designed specifically to fish the Cabo seas. With twin Cummins 425 hp engines offering a top speed of 35 knots and 27 cruising knots, you getting to the fishing grounds in record time is ensured. The salon is fitted with a comfortable leather couch and is equipped with a flat TV and surrround audio system. The AC at the salon will keep you fresh and cool even in the hottest weather. The flybridge is shaded and has seating for several guests. Full electronics include: fish finder, radar, sonar & GPS. Also, a full complement of Shimano (Tiagras and Talicas) and Penn International equipment is included.
